As a Full-Time Service Crew, you’ll be the heart of our operations - delivering quality service, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily operations, opening/closing procedures
- Provide basic cooking support and food preparation
- Accurately take and process customer orders
- Maintain service standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with basic stocktaking
- Assist in promotional events and outlet campaigns
- Uphold team morale, reliability, and a positive work culture

**Requirements**:

- A service-oriented attitude with team spirit
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Proficient in English and Mandarin

**Working Hours & Schedule**
- 5 working days/week (approx. 45 hours/week)
- Maximum 9 hours/day (inclusive of meal break)
- 2 full rest days/week
- Overtime will be compensated per MOM regulations
