**BIM Management and Coordination**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of ACMV systems within the overall design.
- Review, verify, and ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans and standards.

**Model Creation and Detailing**:

- Generate detailed 3D models for ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation components, using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Create accurate shop drawings, schematics, and installation layouts based on the BIM models.

**Clash Detection and Resolution**:

- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between ACMV systems and other building systems using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Provide solutions to design issues, ensuring efficient coordination and conflict-free models.

**Project Documentation and Standards**:

- Ensure all BIM models comply with industry and company standards, as well as project-specific requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including revision tracking and as-built models.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for ACMV-related BIM coordination.
- Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings to address issues, update stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related processes and software.

**Training and Development**:

- Train and mentor junior team members in BIM processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, tools, and trends to continually improve workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent).
- Familiarity with green building standards and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation design principles.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in ACMV or MEP fields.
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
