Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience - 7+ years in program/project management - 7+ years in HR programs, data analytics and/or high volume recruiting and/or operations management - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Strong narrative writing skills - Experience with managing large-scale organizational change. - Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources - Willingness to travel as required.
