- Provide storage/SAN administration and security management experience in various storage technologies, inclusive of direct attached storage, Storage Area Network, and archival storage
- Provide Backup administration and manage end to end backup infrastructure including backup job policies including Backup to disk and backup to tape (not limited to)
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.
- Supervise backups, optimisation, initiation of recovery procedures and routine troubleshooting
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Monitor system according to standard operations procedures.
- Provide supporting documentation, reports and other information to management (e.g. backup and capacity reports)
- Investigate and provide improvement or remediation to operational processes
- Manage online storage Thresholds and data archives
- Providing online storage compaction as needed and as possible within production processing schedules
- Perform system data backup and recovery as required and in accordance with standards, policies, and Disaster Recovery requirements
- Audit, review, and implement IT security policies
- Experience and knowledge in supporting SAN environment and storage space management
- Perform annual disaster recovery exercise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
