**Part-Time Retail Sales Executive (1 August 2025 - End March 2026)**

**Location**: Takashimaya (Ngee Ann City)
**Dates**: 1 August 2025 - End March 2026

**Shifts Available**:

- **First Shift**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours)
- **Second Shift**: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (8 hours)

Shift 1: 10am - 6pm (8 hours)Shift 2: 2pm - 10pm (8 hours)

**Pay**:
40 hours a week (5 days) - $2,000 PLUS commissions

44 hours a week (5.5 days) - $2,200 PLUS commissions

**Primary Responsibilities**

Operations
- Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
- Ensure the store's presentation aligns with the brand's standards and visual guidelines.
- Monitor and restock inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle various payment methods.

Customer Service
- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Other duties
- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
- Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
- Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
- Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
- Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
- Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Shift system
- Weekend availability
