**Seasons Administrative Officer**
Reports to: Admin Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be familiar with the Seasons System, in able to retrieve data and perform monthly reporting to Manager.
- To prepare monthly reports to be submitted to clients within the stipulated date line.
- To perform marketing calls for existing season parkers, to increase revenue on carpark sales.
- Such other related duties as may be allocated from time to time in the light of the experience, training and knowledge.
Qualification & Skills: -- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in accounting field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- People and customer management; positive attitude
- Commitment to deliver and meet working targets
- Ability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
