We are an IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School, a Cambridge International School and an IBDP School. All teaching positions require a **_high proficiency in spoken and written English_**, a **_degree, teaching qualifications and ICT literacy_**.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
The role holder is responsible for providing leadership to the Admissions function for the geography, supporting the Associate Director, Admissions in developing Admissions strategies, policies and procedures, and driving all aspects of marketing, student retention and admissions in the geography and campuses.
**Overall Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**
- Leads and develops the Admissions team for the geography and the campuses
- Delivers the annual Admissions priorities for the geography and the campuses in line with the organization’s business plans
- Oversees the development of and implementation of local Admissions policies and practices in the campus
- Provides guidance to the local Admissions team for all aspects the Admissions process, from prospecting to nurturing, and closing to onboarding
**Financial**
- Collaborates with the Finance function in developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the Admissions function within the geography and campuses, and proactively tracks performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability and financial feasibility in the function
- Supports the Associate Director, Admissions in the development of the annual budget for the function
**Functional**
- Oversees the daily operations for all the campuses in the geography, and designs the annual Admissions calendar
- Ensures adherence to the Global Standard Operating Procedures and local admissions and policies and processes
- Drives and implements the execution of the local marketing and sales strategies, and ensures alignment with the global strategy
- Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead generation channels in the geography
- Works closely with the Associate Director, Admissions and the Country Director to set the annual targets
- Formulates the annual admission targets on a month-to-month basis and cascades the targets to the Admissions team
- Monitors the admissions targets for all the campuses in the geography, projects the quarterly admissions target, and updates the Associate Director, Admissions
- Plans and conducts training sessions for the local Admissions team, shares Parent Engagement strategies, and ensures the team’s content knowledge is up-to-date
- Ensures that the local Admissions Team maintains and updates the student database and provide relevant reports as required
- Leads the annual open house events and establishes good relationships with new parents and prospective parents
**Interaction**
- Facilitates the relationship between the local Admissions team and Academic team, for the Admissions team to understand the respective campus’s unique selling points and convey this effectively to prospective parents and students
- Works closely with the Marketing department to understand the local market practices and develop strategies to nurture channels and generate leads
- Addresses complex enquiries from parents
- Builds strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and external partners to keep abreast of the current business climate and macroeconomic trends
**People Focus**
- Collaborates proactively with Human Resource to continuously increase competency within the geography to meet future organisations needs through the development and recruitment of talent
- Leads the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the geography for the Admissions function
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years minimum experience in Sales or Business Development role.
- Supervisory experience
- Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work with an International team
- Detail-oriented
- Pro-active Sales skills
- Meticulous, organised and possess good administrative skill
- Fully-vaccinated for COVID-19
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
