Job Description & Requirements
- Be responsible for managing design team daily operations for projects in charge. Ensure quality and timeliness of design works.
- Communicate closely with in-house China design team and guide them for system design, shop drawing deliveries.
- Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposals, and write meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns.
- Raise RFIs for any design / technical concerns / issues
- Provide technical advice to team and relay the meeting results to China design team.
- Support the project team for any site issues when necessary.
- Manage design changes or additional scope of works.

Requirement:

- Strong technical facade design experience min. 8 years
- Communication skills are a major part of this role as extensive liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers is necessary to ensure project commitments are met.
- Have a proven record in managing and running major curtain walling and facade projects in ASIA along with a facade design background.
- Willing to work for 5.5days Alt Saturday.
