**Job Requirements**:
- PhD in Chemistry or a related field
- Strong background in organometallics and synthetic chemistry
- 8+ years of R&D experience with ligand and catalyst synthesis, characterization, and analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
