Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. This role sits within the Shared Services Centre in Human Resource team. The intern will be responsible for the following: Learning: - Review and develop course curriculum to align with learning outcomes. - Design and Development: Video production and editing, learning related infographics and e-collaterals, web and other content design for learning and LMS Course page design. - Content Curation: External content sourcing and internal content creation in various media formats. - Market digital learning by launching learning campaigns and learning-related surveys. Assist with Learning Analytics by measuring success of digital learning using various parameters. - Research on learning technologies that can further improve user experience and cater to diverse needs of learners. - Assist with Learning Administrative and logistics related support. - Create publicity materials to communicate and publicise on learning management system implementation and other learning initiatives. OD: - Work closely with the team and key stakeholders to support learning management system go-live and adoption, focusing on change management strategies, communications and training initiatives. - Design of FAQs, user guides, video tutorials and infographics for end-users to ensure they understand the LMS functionalities and benefits. - Monitor and evaluate on effectiveness of the change management and training strategies, as well as ROI of the software. Learning Outcomes: - Experience in developing capability building programmes. - Develop planning, change management and project management skills. - Collaboration with others and gain experience in leveraging digital technology to streamline processes and increase engagement with internal stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation. - Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word. - Technology-savvy. Those with experience in video editing or social media design will be favourably considered. - Familiarity with learning management systems or other software implementation projects is a plus.
