**Job Description: Student Care Operator**

**Position**: Student Care Operator
**Location**: Near Geylang Bahru MRT Station
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 7 PM (Saturday optional)
[Part-timer will assist on certain days and cover full-timer when needed]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Supervision**: Oversee students during care hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- **Transportation**: Fetch students from nearby schools, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- **Activity Planning**: Organize and supervise recreational and educational activities.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- **Record Keeping**: Manage attendance and maintain student records accurately.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Ensure the learning environment is tidy and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children or in a tutoring environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Minimum O-Level certification required.

**Skills**:

- Patience and understanding when working with children.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
