We are a leading freight forwarding company with worldwide operation.
**Primary Responsibility**
The admin operation main duty is to be responsible for all administrative and part of operations service-related tasks.
He/She will provide support to the team, assisting with operations related need.
We need a motivated individual who can work independently and as a team.
**Specific Responsibility**
1) Support to plan, organise and control day-to-day import / export process within the haulier services to ensure smooth operation.
2) Ensure daily activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receipt of job information from CS team to be updated in operational system
- Processing of permit, if necessary
- Updating of charges into system & CS team
- Petty cash control
3) Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Requirement**
- Min GCE ‘O’ level
- One (01) year’s working experience in similar environment, an advantage
- Able to start work immediately, an advantage
