**Job Description**:
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to provide strategic advice, develop solutions, and oversee the implementation of projects. You will lead and manage consulting teams, ensuring that project deliverables are of the highest quality and completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and development of the firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage consulting teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members
- Conduct client assessments and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the firm
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on strategy development, organizational design, and change management
- Proven track record of leading and managing consulting projects, including budget and timeline management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, providing guidance and support to junior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
