Main point of contact for spare parts demand and supply operations for distributors
- Work with distributor(s) to discuss on spare parts sales/forecast and production order (overall demand & supply)
- Introduce and implement sales and inventory forecasting tools to track demand of spare parts
- Analyze the demand and provide forecast inventory for aftermarket
- Review inventory reports to determine and define replenishment requirements for all spare parts
- Perform expediting activities and placing of replenishment orders within vendors
- Responsible for management of customer consignment program(s) and stock programs
- Manage spare parts inventory from vendors/distribution centres to stores to ensure that the right spare parts is in the right stores at the right time
- Manage and maintain replenishment and allocation systems
- Monitor and analyse market/segment and competitors’ promotional activities
- Liaise and work closely with procurement team to maximize efficiency as it relates to Purchase Order Management and vendor performance
- Liaise and work closely with our head quarter in Japan to improve spare parts system and inventory management.
- Handle scrap and buyback of spare parts both for our inventory and distributor(s) inventory.
- Monthly review of inventory with management for inventory optimization
- Prepare reporting materials to communicate market analysis as well as countermeasures
- Any other duties assigned within the course of work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in spare parts stock management in long product life industry where spare parts availability is important (e.g. Industrial engine, Construction machinery, Air-con, Industrial vehicle etc)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas and Pivot Table)
- Possess good logical thinking, presentation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be resourceful, flexible and able to handle tough negotiation
- Must be meticulous and detailed oriented so as to handle numbers and calculation
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
