
Assistant Contracts Manager

To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative. Review and preparing of response for claims and variation costs;
- To compile subcontractor quotations and submit to Senior Contacts Manager or Senior Manager for review and approval;
- To assist the Senior Contracts Manager or Senior Manager in Tender / Contract review in arriving at the tender sum;
- To keep the Contract Manager informed of all contractual and site matters;
- To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from various approving parties;
- Preparation of final accounts and variation submission;
- To maintain the Quality System in the Contracts Department; and
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant working experience.
