Lead Physician, Ntu Chinese Medicine

Responsibilities- Providing TCM consultation and treatment to patients at NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic.- Dispensary works, including inventory management, purchasing, and dispensing of TCM products.- Maintaining high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction.- Teaching and mentoring students of the Double Degree Programme in Biomedical Sciences and TCM.- Administrative duties in the Double Degree Programme in Biomedical Sciences and the operations of the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic.- Conducting public talks and events to educate the public about TCM and its benefits.- Promoting the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic through outreach events, social media, and other promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner.- At least a TCMPB recognized bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine.- Knowledge in Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.- Knowledge of data analysis.- Proficient in the use of computers and basic office software.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protect patient privacy.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Meticulous in providing patient care and keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records.- Proactive in promoting TCM and the clinic through outreach activities and public talks.- Proficient in English and Mandarin to educate the public about TCM and its benefit and outreach through events, social media, and other promotional activities.
