In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and management of VMware based private cloud infrastructure for DBS Bank. Evaluate new products and test cases to ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, security and compliance with bank standards. Drive the product evaluation and execute test cases and establish baseline/standards. Develop architecture and standards for virtualization, automation, orchestration and operations of the private cloud. Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Expert level knowledge of VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T and other Hypervisor technologies (KVM, oracle, open source). Hands-on experience designing and managing private cloud infrastructure at scale
- Strong technical skills including Linux, networking, storage and automation
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef and powershell automation
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and work with various stakeholders
