My Client, a well-established Medical Devices Company, is looking out for a highly motivated person to join their team as a Clinical Service Specialist. The incumbent will be entrusted with these job responsibilities and should possess some of the skillset mentioned below:
**Job Responsibilities
- Providing competent technical and clinical support when company's proprietary technology is used by surgeons.
- Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
- Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use of any new technology.
- Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

**Requirements/Skills
- 1+ years related working experience
- Professional experience in the sports medicine or orthopedics field is advantageous
- Understanding of anatomy, pathophysiology, conditions and biomechanics that relates to Company's products
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work after office hours and weekends when needed
