**Job Responsibilities**:

- Work with the outsource partner to implement the financial system and process for the company
- Responsible for the outsourced finance operations including AP, AR & GL
- Ensuring all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations and standards
- Liaising with external auditors on yearly financial audits.
- Responsible for asset management
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Assessment and setting up Enterprise Risk Management framework through outsourced service provider
- Conduct Internal audit through outsourced service provider
- Establish performance reporting and monitoring processes for the company
- Prepare regular performance reporting to company board
- Conduct profit and cost analysis
- Partnering department heads in preparing yearly budget and getting approval from CEO and the board
- Performing quarterly forecast with department heads and updating CEO with yearly forecast and re-forecast
- Allocate resources and managing cash flow
- Developing company policies and ensuring compliance
- Office admin and planning for staff welfare related activities
- Overall manpower planning with the HODs and hiring - supported by a HR manager
- Procurement - ensures the departments follows our procurement processes

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum 5 year experience in Accounts/ Finance is preferred
- Leadership abilities
- In-depth understanding of cashflow management and bookkeeping
- High degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office
