Permanent Position

Primary Function

Responsible for the support of manufacturing operation and improve on process capacity.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical leadership and support on process downtime and equipment repair during night shift.
Provide up-to-date process status and liaise with Production and Equipment team to ensure smooth production operation.
Responsible to maintain day-to-day operation of plating / wet bench processes through Scheduled chemical analysis and process monitoring.
Responsible to initiate process improvement and cost saving activities
Provide training and qualify Operators to run operation.
Develop, update and distribution of the ISO documentation.
Responsible for process and quality issues troubleshooting, FA analysis, and implementation of CAPA(corrective and preventive actions).
Timely response on audit findings.

**Requirements**:
Process Degree in Engineering in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure and run night shift
