**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our services and products through various channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, and community outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the salon team to continuously improve the customer experience and develop new offerings based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new marketing trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the salon remains competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pet industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal team members.
