Objective
Support the Facility Manager to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned facility in a Data Center Environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations Excellence
Manage general administrative / soft services activities such as Janitorial, Mailroom, space management, etc. and any other duties as assigned
Manage planned preventive maintenance for hard service of general M&E Systems in an office environment with third party vendors
Daily facilities maintenance and notify property repair works accordingly
Inspect the whole office every day to ensure all office equipment work properly
Ensure the day to day operations excellence for sites under your management and coordination
Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled
Ensure up to date information on the client Intranet
Asset Management
Continuous Improvement implementation

Technical Management
Coordinate with the Facility Manager and/or Engineering teams in sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices on site
Identify defects and faults in general M&E systems in an office environment during the Defect Liability Periods of the facility

Finance Management
Verify all vendor payment
Support to issue PO for adhoc requirements

Key Result Areas
Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services
Based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP)
Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met

Required Qualifications & Experience
Min. Diploma related facilities management, building, engineering &/or 5-6 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Has experience working in Data Center or Critical environment
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of Space Management
Have proficiency in CMMS technology platform
Knowledge of vendor management in Soft Services and basic knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection systems, lighting systems, Security Card Access Systems, etc.
Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
Has a customer service oriented attitude
