Reporting to VP, Performance & Rewards, the incumbent will be a compensation and benefits specialist with responsibility in reviewing, implementing and administering employee rewards and benefits in line with SGX Group’s compensation and benefits philosophy and principles; to attract, motivate and retain talent in SGX Group which has presence in Singapore, Europe, USA, India, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
The incumbent will have close interface with various teams in HR, Finance as well as employees, managers and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
The position supports SGX Group’s Performance and Rewards team in the delivery of the following:
- Manage the end-to-end performance management process including set-up for goal-setting, year-end review, calibration and finalization of performance rating.
- Conduct market research, job matching and compensation benchmarking as part of the annual compensation review.
- Manage the annual compensation review for SGX Group which covers the award of salary increment, promotion, short-term incentives and long-term incentives. The process will include consolidation and review of rewards recommendations for approval, rewards communications and preparation for payment and awards.
- Administer the award and vesting of long-term incentives and the associated disclosure and reporting.
- Review and update employee benefits in line with benefits philosophy and ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Prepare monthly manpower reports and assist in designing and developing HR dashboard to provide business insights.
- Assist in the annual budget review and headcount forecast.
- Take on any other assigned tasks and projects.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist. Experience in managing compensation and benefits across different geographies is a plus.
- Proficient with Excel, and familiarity with SuccessFactor and Tableau reporting tool is a plus.
- Analytical, meticulous, has an eye for details
- Independent, resourceful and self-motivated
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
