**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive in this role, you will:

- Love working with young children and is nurturing and patient towards them
- Enjoy being outdoors
- Have experience working in a preschool environment
- **Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education-Teaching (DECCE-T) qualification**:

- Certificate in Preschool Mother Tongue Language (Tamil) (CPMTL-T)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well independently as well as within a team.

Most importantly, you will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community.
