**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, coordinate and supervise all architectural work on site to ensure project completion timely within scheduled, cost and quality
- Liaise and coordinate closely with archi team on submission status of materials and shop drawing approvals
- Follow up submission of Method statements approvals to be coordinated/reviewed by relevant team before commencement of work
- Coordinate, monitor and control Architectural sub-contractors’ progress and quality of works
- Coordinate and work closely with archi team in solving technical and detailing issues of Architectural works as per site condition
- Attend Project coordination meetings if necessary
- Conduct inspections (e.i. with RTO) to ensure work are carried out according to contract specification, codes of practices and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in the construction supervision of architectural works for the projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. MRT project will be an added advantage.
