**Position Overview**
- Collaborate closely with PAP faculty on **frontline research in exciton-polaritons,**quantum fluids of light, and polariton condensates.
- Develop **next-generation polaritonic platforms,**including on-chip neuromorphic and quantum photonic devices.
- Lead the formation of research consortia and facilitate the submission of **large-scale interdisciplinary research proposals**(e.g., MOE AcRF Tier 3, NRF-CRP).
- Mentor students and researchers in advanced experimental techniques and device fabrication.
**Key Qualifications**
Applicants should hold a **Ph.D. in Physics**or a closely related discipline and demonstrate:
- At least **15 years of research experience in the study of light-matter interactions, polariton physics, or nanophotonics.**
- Proven expertise in:
- Fabrication of **polariton devices**(e.g., microcavities, perovskite metasurfaces, topological lattices).
- **Ultrafast time-resolved spectroscopy**and advanced optical characterization.
- Integration of **2D materials, organic/inorganic semiconductors, and hybrid photonic structures.**
- Experience in the **coordination of large research consortia.**
