We're looking for Preschool Principal / Centre Leaders for preschools islandwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre.
- Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
- Work within licensing and regulatory requirements Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Assist the team with planning and implementing curriculum development and delivery, as well as managing teachers and parents.
- Lead in organizing and execution of Company's related events

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
- Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
