We are hiring and looking for an Associate (Technology and Operation) to join our executive team. This role will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing technology solutions to meet current and future need for greater scalability, etc
- Making technology-related recommendations supported by data for policy adoption that includes analysis of current regulatory actions, technological innovations, and fiduciary considerations.
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes, identify risks and forming contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering customer-centric tools adding value to the end uses while also anticipating internal operational needs and delivering tools that result in value-added services to the organization.
- Proficient in system architecture design, system analysis, software implementation, performance optimization, system security, etc.;
- Has strong management ability and comprehensive technology.
- Experience with Wordpress, Laravel, ReactJs, Node, WebRTC, Strong Core Php, MySql, Apache, AWS
