hiring a highly experienced SAP Supply Chain leader to be part of their Digital Transformation program leading Logistics and Order to Cash Tracks

Roles and Responsibilities

Client’s Digital Transformation Program is a greenfield global SAP S/4 implementation aimed to transform/streamline client’s business processes and enable new business models. As a Supply Chain Principal on this global program, your responsibilities include:

- Deliver best in class SAP S/4 based solutions for Logistics (Transportation Management, EWM, Inventory Management) and Order-to-Cash tracks
- Define and execute all aspects of project implementation plan related to the Order to Cash and Logistics tracks including resources, budget, design, build, testing, training, change management and deploy.
- Own and manage business stakeholder relationship
- Develop and mentor staff

Skills and Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of SAP implementation experience
- Demonstrates thought leader level abilities with proven record of success directing life-cycle SAP greenfield implementation:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand key business goals and provide SAP solution
- Define project scope and implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project, develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk
- Establish measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
- Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge in designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on large SAP projects
- Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge with significant experience in the implementation of SAP S/4 and improving business processes
- Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and a record of success in the common issues facing business
- Design, build, test and deploy SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems
- Identify and address business needs: building, maintaining and utilizing networks of business relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Supervise team to create an atmosphere of trust
- Coach staff including providing technical guidance, timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
- Develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate and present cogently to all levels of business leadership

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $109,611.00 - $116,735.00 per year
