JR15109 FAC OPS Water Treatment MGR

As the Facilities Water Treatment Manager, you will lead a team to manage the systems and plants to meet the required specification with highest reliability. Your responsibilities include design, construction, upgrades, maintenance of these plants. As the manager, you will be responsible to cost estimates, budgets management, develop adequate training and development plan for the team member of the section as well as meet quality requirement, company planning objectives, compliance, and safety standards.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
**Team Building**:

- Maintain communication with Production areas to ensure that present and future needs are being met or exceeded
- Integrate and plan the client/production request and project
- Work with Global Sites. Share Lessons Learned, Experiences, BKM, Successful Methods, and Processes
- Hold team accountable to performance management
- Establish strategic priorities and communicate changes as needed
- Inspire the team to innovate, and to be creative
- Commitment of the DEI

**Water treatment System - Operation / Maintenance**:

- Manage operation, maintenance and engineering of all the Water Treatment Plants as well as related base build installations.
- Drive continual improvement programs targeting Quality and Reliability of systems to ensure maximum uptime and mínimal impact to production.
- Ensure timely response to out-of-spec conditions or any other systems interruptions that impact production and follow-up with improvement plans.
- Lead the team to resolve complex plant issues, cost reduction and sustainability projects.
- Plan and manage all costs to ensure cost effectiveness for the areas under your responsibility.
- Establish and regularly measure current and past performance metrics for improvements and decision making.
- Continuously benchmark Micron and industry best practices in developing a world-class team.

**Environmental, Health, Safety, and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance to all environmental and safety regulations/procedures, including proactively promote team safety priorities and standards as well as follow-up on accidents and near misses to ensure safe working practices.
- Ensure department operations comply with applicable outside agency rules and regulations
- To work with EHS to achieve the goal of zero injury and participate in activities.
