**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Each counselling session (physical or virtual) may take between 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the nature of the case and in consultation with counselling team;
- The Counsellors are able to provide individual, family and group counselling for students to help them understand and manage mental health, emotional, social, behavioural or financial issues;
- Follow-up on counselling cases until closure.
- Respond to crisis in a timely and calm manner;
- Manage and adopt appropriate intervention, providing consultation to stakeholders such as Parents, staff etc;
- Follow up with counselling and case management, maintain documentation and administration relating to crisis

**Requirements**:

- Counsellors are trained, experienced and with Master degree in counselling, counselling psychology or clinical psychology, preferably registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
- Training in other recognised counselling modalities with at least 14 hours of training;
- Experience in dealing with older adolescent issues (17-21 years old) and ability to understand these issues;

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
