- 34**What will you do**:

- Search and acquisition of partners on the TraffCore platform who will be interested in monetizing traffic according to the CPA / CPL model using in-house Smartlink and direct offers verticals adult/mainstream dating, sweepstakes, crypto (we can consider partners in any other verticals).

**If we talk about reward system**:

- 1$ for each partner who registered on the platform and was approved by the manager
- 10$ for each partner who launched traffic for 100$

5% referral program (you get % of all traffic that the referred partners bring to the platforms throughout their life).
- For example: the partner poured $1000, you will get $50.

Each manager receives a unique link for registering partners and access to an account where he can track the activity of the partners he has referred.

**Ideal Profile**
- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Talent Management within IT and Internet industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
