**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-spectrum accounting: Oversee payroll, CPF payments, profit and loss, GST filing, accounts receivable (AR) filing, ECI filing, sales breakdowns, commissions, BizFile, and IRAS requirements.
- Financial management: Perform bookkeeping, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and monitor accounts from past to present.
- Timely reporting: Prepare accurate monthly reports, salaries, commissions, and reimbursements.
- Expense management: Manage supply payments as invoices become due and oversee reimbursements.
- GTO submission to the landlord and essential documentation management.
- Advisory: Stay updated on accounting regulations, advising on business-related changes.
- Team and inter-departmental support:

- Actively communicate with team members, provide reminders on due tasks, offer assistance, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Support other departments when required, ensuring cohesive team operations.
- Additional tasks: Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to support operations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: ACCA certification or equivalent; diploma or degree in Accounting.
- Experience: At least 5 years in accounting, with bookkeeping and HR/payroll experience. Proficiency in Microsoft OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, and Gmail.
- Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Attributes: Neat, organized, multitasking, independent worker with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Part-Time Working Hours**:

- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Salary**:SGD 500-600
