**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for a **Commis Chef** who is:
- Culinary-trained or has prior restaurant experience
- Willing to learn and grow in Italian-European cuisine
- Efficient in prep work and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Passionate about food and delivering great guest experiences
- Eager to learn from experienced chefs and contribute to a growing kitchen
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Preparing ingredients and assisting in the execution of dishes
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Supporting senior chefs in daily operations
- Learning techniques and improving skills
- Contributing to a positive and respectful kitchen environment

**Work Schedule**
- Shift-based system, 6 days a week
- Day and night shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Public holiday shifts as required
