The company connects businesses to a fleet of independent delivery agents including walkers, scooters, vans, trucks to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere at a fraction of the cost. In addition to their core business of last mile delivery, the company has also launched an e-commerce platform to provide a seamless one-stop solution for merchants to build e-shop, process payments, manage orders and deliveries. Shoppers can enjoy a wide range of consumer products delivered to their doors at their desired time slots.

**The Position**

Responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the local GM as well as Company’s Chief Administrative Officer and Finance Manager who are based in Hong Kong.
- Perform general finance duties related to the department such as preparation of invoices, monitoring invoice payments, ensuring timely invoice payments, and handling fee collections & Accounts Receivables.
- Establish & enforce proper accounting methods in accordance to Company’s financial policies
- Perform tasks related to accounting & book-keeping duties.
- Lead by example, create and maintain a harmonious working environment and encourage teamwork and cooperation between office staff and other employees.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the department such as filing/scanning of documents, claim processing, booking of facilities, managing office & warehouse supplies to handling and improving important processes such as onboarding and offboarding employees and maintaining employees’ happiness and wellness.
- Strategize and find ways to sustain wellness & resilience of employees professionally, explore tools & programs to enhance the team well-being and improve workplace. Productivity and impact.
- Ensure accurate update of data and maintenance for statutory reporting, audit purpose, financial accounting objectives, and management checking.
- Assist with payroll duties to delivery agents as well as full-time staff if required.
- **Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years strong administrative experience covering Finance & HR duties**:

- **Strong mindset in Start-up & willingness to multi-task, previous 1-man band position experience is highly preferred.**:

- **Proven people’s skills**:

- **Good basic knowledge of finance & numbers (Good in MS Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup) OR Google spreadsheet)**:

- Finance savvy and happy to keep the office in order.
- Excellent organizational skills, comfortable liaising with 3rd party suppliers, long-term business plans as well as day-to-day operations
- Reliable & discreet
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a quickly evolving and dynamic work environment.
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to engage with partners at all levels and cultivate positive working relationships locally and cross-divisionally.
- Ability to work independently and to be dedicated in all situations.
