Oversee and lead an in-house team in facility, technical & housekeeping management.
- Establish and maintain quality service and safety standards.
- Prepare tender documents for renovation and A&A projects.
- Forecast operations and capital budget, track and monitor expenses to be in line with approved budgets.
- Manage the appointed contractors and subcontractors.
- Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and be able to provide advice on Health & Safety matters.
- Organise regular fire drills, exercise supervision over the maintenance of all fire safety measures within the Club.
- To ensure that the swimming pool and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the guidelines by the Ministry of Environment.
- Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with least disruption to business operations with appropriate planning, follow up action plans and safety concerns.

**Job Requirement**
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant Facilities Management discipline with minimum 8 years managerial experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in hospitality or equivalent.
- Possess relevant professional certifications e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Workplace Safety and Health.
- Proven experience in facility management in a large facility.
- Able to work Independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Service oriented mindset.
- Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
- Possess a high level of initiative and integrity.
- Possess strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
