Senior Project Manager (Events & Content)

Fixed Term Contract - September - December

Your responsibilities as Senior Project Manager will primarily be focused on delivering world-class, high-quality, innovative, and engaging live, virtual and hybrid programs as part of larger marketing programs & campaigns across our technology client. Your work will include leading & managing production & partner creative agencies, managing overall project timelines, documents, and budgets, and working alongside our team to drive marketing goals across a series of events in APAC. You will coordinate across multiple languages and teams in the region, develop best practices, champion innovation, look for creative solutions to achieve goals, and contribute to internal team initiatives to improve processes. You will work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape each program’s experiences and lead the execution of these experiences together with the client, internal teams, and agency partners.

Role:

- Responsible for leading and driving event production excellence (venue, build, user flow & safety) while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Manage core experiential, registration, translation & logistics agencies
- Organize Kick-off calls and drive a regular cadence of weekly WIPs and production meetings with cross-functional teams across multiple markets
- Lead on driving pre-production meetings and on-site production meetings
- Manage various project timelines on key milestones
- Manage production budgets and payment timelines
- Manage cross-functional alignment on roles and responsibilities
- Manage creative asset execution alongside agency partners
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on production requirements
- Draft and manage project planning documents & admin
- Drive registration (website) & invite process
- Post Event - draft and send post-event reports and debriefs while finalising budgets

You:

- 6+ years of project & event management experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets
- 2+ years of marketing, media or creative industry-related experience
- Experience managing third-party agencies and partners
- Experience leading and managing c-suite events & experiences / high profile events in the technology sector or brand experience space
- Detail-oriented mindset and process driven
- Strong project management, ability to work on multiple facets of a project simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and deal-maker
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.
