**Team Introduction**:
The accounting technical and reporting team at Tiktok's primary responsibilities include:
1. Managing group reporting processes and delivering timely and accurate financial data to senior management and other stakeholders.
2. Collaborating with regional accounting teams on local reporting tasks and ensuring cross-regional coordination.
3. Analyzing major complex transactions within the group, ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the group's accounting policies.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with a major in finance/accounting or in a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a reporting role at the group level with solid technical skills, including experience in analyzing complex accounting processes and a comprehensive understanding of group reporting processes.
- Proven communication skills with cross-functional and international teams. experience in coordinating large-scale multinational projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of TMT industry practices of reporting process.
- CICPA/AICPA/ACCA qualified.
