**About this role**:
**In this role, you will**:

- Collaborate with global risk program managers based in the United States and other regions to align regional activities with enterprise programs.
- Work with regional Compliance partners to clarify local regulatory requirements and ensure those are covered by enterprise programs or work with regional control team to develop business controls to support them.
- Support regulatory change initiatives to analyze impact and develop controls to support the change.
- Work with regional risk program leads to prepare desktop procedures that support those controls and align with enterprise programs.
- Liaise with regional stakeholders to monitor control effectiveness and opportunity for change.
- Assist with reporting on key risk indicators (KRIs), and ensure timely delivery of metrics for monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Identify where applicable any issues or policy breaches, and manage corrective action that is to be taken in the region.
- Support Audit and Testing & Validation activities as required.
**Required Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of work experience and banking experience preferred
- Experience in Risk and Control management or related risk discipline
- Background in Project Management or leadership role in a change program
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner and work with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity in working on regional teams with global governance models
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
