**Purpose**: The purpose of this intern is to support processed meat lab work ingredients management, and lab/pilot plant equipment maintenance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain record of all evaluation of ingredients and prototypes formulation. Evaluations via sensory and/or instrument analysis.
- Sample preparation and Ingredients management.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the laboratory.

**At the end of the internship, the intern will**
- Develop understanding on sequence of ingredients mixing.
- Operate lab and pilot plant equipment safely and independently.
- Prepare and evaluate meat protein product.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to weigh and mix ingredients accurately
- Possess open-minded personality and willingness to learn
- Hold passion in foods
- Hands on and well organized
- Comfortable with handling knife, sharp utensils and kitchen work

**Working Hours**

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm

Friday: 8am to 3.30pm
- Company transport at designated pick-up points: Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Pioneer, Bishan, Novena, Chua Chu Kang.
