**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide middleware (Web & Message queue) support services and assist Application team on problem investigation and problem troubleshooting on middleware products.
- Scripting for Application Deployment & Middleware product Administration.
- Working with Senior middleware engineer for Middleware product patching and version upgrade.
- Monitor & tracking of SSL certificates management on Web services.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Exposure/concept on Unix/Linux system.
- Concept/experience on supporting of Web/App (Apache/Tomcat/IBM WebSphere) and messaging services (IBM MQ).
- Strong ability to understand, analyze and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer focus with emphasis on commitment to continuous improvement in system availability and performance.
