**Role Overview**

The General Manager, Customer Programs Asia Pacific (APAC) is responsible for the business leadership and management of our Programs in APAC including a broad range of products from our portfolio:

Networks & Connectivity Solutions
- Platforms, Applications & Analytics
- Enablement Products

The role is located in Singapore.

Reporting to you will be:

- Regional Program Manager, Customer Programs and their team of Program Management Business Leaders
- Regional Manager, Project Delivery and Support and their teams of Project Managers, and Technical Implementation & Support Specialists
- Regional Commercial Manager Customer Programs and a team of commercial analysts
- Regional Manager, Administration Team

The role requires close collaboration with the Product Management Teams as well as matrix organizations including Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Contracts for the successful operation of the business

The role is also the APAC Senior Leadership role for the CAS Organization, and as such additional responsibilities include:

- Drive CAS culture, energy, commitment, working policy and accountability locally across all teams
- Director of all CAS Legal Entities in Asia Pacific
- Chair of the Regional Environment, Health and Safety Committee for APAC responsible for the EH&S management and welfare for all employees in the Region.
- Leadership coordination and management meetings bi weekly for ALL CAS Managers and Senior individual contributors to ensure consistent communication and sharing of information to drive engagement and growth in the region
- Leading Team activities and motivational engagement including Community Relations
- Coordination with all Shared Services Leaders on performance of their functions in region, coverage, needs and expectations for support of APAC CAS Team
- Management of Admin team assigned to support all staff in region
- Coordination with HR on local policy matters for the Collins Connected Aviation Solutions Business
**Responsibilities**
- P&L responsibility for all businesses with the Customer Program lines across the region (monitor, manage and report on budget each month).
- Pipeline Management. Coordinate with the Regional Sales Lead to create and drive Annual Revenue and Profit targets
- Responsible for providing regional input into the Global AOP and SFP targets for each product line within the Customer Programs portfolio
- The person is responsible and accountable for the delivery of AOP and SFP targets for the region.
- The person is responsible and accountable for the pipeline management.
- Attend customer meetings as the senior representative for the CAS APAC Customer Programs Business
- Support Product Line Organisations in their product roadmap development with feedback on customer needs in the region
- Constant interaction with customers
- Program reviews
- The delivery of services and projects across the CANS APAC business
**Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrable relevant industry knowledge and experience in the field of Aviation Communications and Services.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Possess demonstrated leadership and collaboration with functional teams
- Excellent customer oriented attitude
- Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Typically requires BS/BA degree or MBA in financial, management and/or technical related discipline.
- Advanced level of experience is demonstrated with at least 15 years of relevant experience of Business Leadership within the aviation industry.
