A+ Health is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, wellness, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that aligns with our brand’s vision, increases audience engagement, and drives brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create high-quality visuals, videos, and written content that aligns with A+ Health’s brand identity.
- Manage content calendar, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and promotional materials.
- Work closely with stakeholders to produce informative and educational wellness content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media work (graphic design, video content, captions, or campaigns).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling captions and storytelling content.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in photography, videography, and basic video editing is a plus.
- Passion for the wellness and healthcare industry is an advantage.
- **Willing to travel to Singapore at least twice a month for work.**

**Portfolio Submission**:
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing previous social media content, graphics, videos, or marketing campaigns. Links to social media accounts you’ve managed or worked on are highly encouraged.
