**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support, including preparation of purchase order, quotation, sales order, delivery order and invoices
- Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Carousell, Shopee & Shopify.
- Liaise with freight forwarder and relevant parties relating to logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on delivery schedule and documentation
- Prepare import/export shipping documents
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Answer all incoming calls
- Perform any other ad-hoc task upon request
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Preferably with SME working experience
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude
**Other details**:
- 5-day work week
- Working hours from 8.45am - 6.15pm
- Near to Admiralty /Sembawang MRT
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
