**Responsibilities**:

- **Experience**: Mattress Sales Experience Required
- **Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional
manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product
recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**:Demonstrate expertise in mattress, including materials,
types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and
maintenance.
- **Sales Support**:Guide customers through the selection process, providing
detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- **Store Maintenance**:Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- **Customer Service**:Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in
a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to
achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a
genuine interest in helping customers.
- Experience: Mattress Sales Experience Required
- Full training will be provided.
