**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and set up computer systems and network infrastructure to guarantee the stability of the organization's IT assets, including developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all existing and new network hardware, software, and communication links.
- Manage the IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of actual vs budget.
- Develop and implement IT policies and systems aligned with the Company's IT roadmap.
- Oversee project management of ERP Implementation (MS Dynamics) and migrations.
- Coordinate, plan, and lead IT-related activities and service delivery.

- At least a Diploma with at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Proven track record in Project Management, IT Infrastructure, and Web Application.
- Experience in implementing ERP system (MS Dynamics).
- Knowledge of Cloud, Web Application, SharePoint, and Office 365 administration.
- Experience in gathering requirements and preparing Business Requirements Document (BRD) for IT projects.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and outsourced consultants to drive effectiveness and successful implementation of ERP implementation.
