We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Safety Coordinator**to join our growing team in the facilities management sector. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and compliant environment across multiple properties, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of safety programs, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response plans.
- Lead toolbox talks, site safety inductions, and awareness briefings.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with authorities (e.g., MOM, SCDF) and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Promote a strong safety culture among employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction.
- Sound knowledge of WSH regulations and safety practices in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a **rotating shift pattern (excluding nightshifts)**, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
