We are expanding our US presence and seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architected to drive initiatives within IT **Regulatory Affairs**. You will collaborate with clients and deliver critical projects that bridge business needs, compliance, and operational performance. The Solution Architect role with Epista Life Sciences will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive our life science client initiatives. This individual will:

- Serve as a key player in innovating technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Leverage their expertise in Informatica, Alteryx and/or other solutions for data analysis, management, migration, remediation, integration, and custom tool development using various programming languages.
- Execute data quality and integrity best practices to drive successful migration and remediation strategies across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other Life Science verticals.

This role requires a deep understanding of technological trends (e.g., GenAI), exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Data Solutions: Develop and execute data migration and remediation strategies using Informatica, Alteryx and/or other solutions.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Implement best practices for data quality and integrity throughout the migration and remediation processes.
- Technical Leadership: Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration and/or remediation plans, architecture diagrams, testing and validation documents, data processes, etc. and provide regular reports on technical development and workstream progress.
- Technology Requirements, Data Analysis, and Data Management: Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Manage data-related tasks, including data quality assurance, integrity, and compliance. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems and technologies align with business needs.
- Industry Trends: Update to date and educated on the current technology environment and changes through advanced technologies and trends

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in related areas such as Azure, AWS, AI, Data Analytics, etc.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data architecture and analytics, with a focus on the life sciences domain.

Proven experience with:

- Designing modular data architectures with data connectors/APIs, logic engine, and reporting & dashboard modules
- Common data analytics tools and automated workflow development (i.e., Alteryx, Spotfire, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- SDLC, security, compliance, performance, and data integrity best practices
- Common programming languages and best practices
- Working with clinical trial and regulatory documents and data
- Familiarity with GxP compliance requirements and Computer System Validation (CSV) in regulated environments

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Cloud Computing, Veeva Platform, GenAI, Data Science, Analytics and Management
- Proficiency in Informatica, Alteryx and/or other solutions for data migrations and remediation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
