We are representing our client, a leading Equipment Maker MNC.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer requirements and offer personalized product recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions to showcase the capabilities of ASMPT's equipment.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product management teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement and development of products.
- Manage team activities, schedules, and the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Center.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ASMPT's surface mount process equipment, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define target market segments, customer personas, and value propositions to effectively position ASMPT products in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, and sales tools.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and drive product adoption.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and industry events.
- Support the sales team by providing training, sales tools, and assistance to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and familiarity with SIPLACE, Yamaha, Panasonic, or Fuji placement machines would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and the ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively and succinctly.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the gathering and interpretation of market data and customer insights.
- Comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Willingness and availability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
