ERP and Master Data Senior Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented ERP Process/ Master Data Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Singapore. You will be acting as the first level of support for the team, using your SAP knowledge to support the MRP and Production Scheduling team in planning and execution.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for SAP Material Master Data maintenance, integrity and governance for all MM views for Raw Materials, Semi
- Finished Goods and Finished Goods.
- Responsible for Material Data integrity of SAP Bill of Materials, Resources, Recipes and Production Version for all Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Services.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of SAP MM / PP with the other SAP modules in use (SD, WM, QM, etc).
- Responsible for liaising with IT teams for SAP MM / PP system configurations issues and troubleshooting.
- Assist and support users with regular Master Data maintenance and upload to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with internal (including global sites) and external customers as related to the planning of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished-goods.
- Assist with creation and update of documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
- Ensure compliance with Supply Chain planning policies, procedures and ethics guidelines are maintained.
- Participate in Kaizen/Hoshin event(s) that provide the business with process improvements for cost and/or time savings opportunities.
- Complete necessary projects or any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management of Business Management, Chemical Engineering and/or CPIM Preferred.
- Experience with maintenance, creation and/or modifications of codes and functions within an ERP systems. SAP preferred.
- Ability to self-check in an effort to ensure accuracy of work.
- Strong analytical skills. Prior experience using Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports is nice to have.
- Experience using MS Office Suite.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Attention to Detail.
